Ingredients

24 servings
  • 8 ozBrick Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cupButter room temperature
  • 1 largeEgg
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 boxMoist Cake mix
  • 1/2 cupPowder Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    In a larger bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth beat in the egg then the vanilla then add cake mix mix well cover and put in fridge for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Roll chilled batter into tablespoon sized balls then roll the balls into confectioner's sugar.

  4. 4

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2in apart bake 10-15 min they will be really soft they will be done when they only have a little give

  5. 5

    They are really great the next day

I used pumpkin flavored cream cheese and spiced up the powder sugar with cinn and allspice. Wet your hands before rolling the dough is stickey.
