200 GMhung curd
150 GMsugar bura
1 tspElaichi powder
8-10 leaveskesar leaves soaked in 1 tsp of water for 2 hour

Mix all ingredients well until sugar bura disolve.

Remember to only sugar bura not sugar powder as for tradition recipe we require sugar bura only.

You can buy sugar bura online. Chill the mixture in refrigerator when it mix well. Enjoy tradition kesar shrikhand.
