Cheese & bacon quiche

I have been craving quiche like crazy for about a week and finally went ahead and made an honest-to-goodness quiche. (I bought the crust, ain't nobody got time for that)

This recipe is quite dear to me. My now father in law cooked it for my husband and I back when we first started dating. It has been a personal favorite ever since. I hope you enjoy this receive as well.

My take on the classic, Quiche.

The 'Best Before' date on the loaf of bread was close, so I decided to make some tasty quiches.Instead of bread, you can use frozen pie crust. Alternatively, you can pour the quiche filling into a ramekin (small oven-proof dish) without bread. It is nice!With or without bread crust, your choice! Recipe by Tomomaki0313

This is a tasty brunch idea. Serve with a nice Fruit Salad and Mimosas.

Was tired of the same old Sunday breakfast, used what I had on hand and it turned out great. You can definitely switch up some ingredients to make it your own!

Perfect for a light supper served with salad. Recipe can also be used for breakfast muffins - just distribute the mixture evenly among a non-stick 12 count muffin pan and bake for 22-23 minutes.#nikicuisine #mycookbook
