250 gbutton mushrooms sliced
3leeks
1 kgspinach, washed and chopped
5 mlsalt and pepper to taste
2 tbscremora

Heat oil in a saucepan.

Stir in leeks mushrooms and cook until transparent.

Add spinach and cook until soft, season with salt and pepper.

Add cremora and combine it well.
