cut roast in half and add cup of water to crock pot

in sm bowl combin cheese, honey, soy sause, basil, garlic, oil, and salt

rub on pork roast and start to cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 hrs

skim fat from juices pour in to sause pan. combine corn starch and 1/4 cup water untill smooth gradually stir into pan bring to a boil and stir for two mins

add cornstartch well stirin to avoid clumps
