3 lbpork loin roast
1 envelopedry onion soup
1 cangolden mushroom soup
1/4 tspground black pepper
1/4 tspthyme
garlic powder
1/4 cupwater
potatoes; quartered
baby carrots
sliced onion

Mix mushroom soup, water, dry onion soup, & vegetables together in crockpot to coat.

Season the roast with pepper, garlic and thyme.

Place seasoned roast on top of the veggies in the crockpot.

Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
