Steps

Seive the flour, baking powder and salt through a fine seive

Dissolve the sugar in the liquid egg

Rub the butter into the the flour to form a crumb mix

Add the currents and citrus seeds
- 5
Blend in the milk to achieve a smooth mix
- 6
Divide the mixture into small portions, about 70g ad place evenly on to a baking tray
- 7
Egg wash and sorinkle wth caster sugar
- 8
Bake at 200°C for 15-20minutes until light golden brown.
- 9
Serve as a dessert
