Ingredients

  • 14-5 lb chuck roast
  • 3 tbspdried oregano
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 2 tbspblack pepper
  • 1/3 cupgarlic juice
  • 1/3 cupolive oil
  • 3 cupbeef broth or water
  • 1/2 canpeppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients. Place roast in crock pot. Pour all ingredients over roast. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. meat should be tender and falling apart. Shred meat.
