My wife tried this one night and it was very good

These flavors go crazy good with each other. Grab a good loaf of bread to sop up the sauce it creates when roasting! Delish!

I've tried a lot of herb roasted chicken... and never found 1 that I enjoy as much as this that I made up myself!

One pot roasted chicken and taters.My sister-in-law gave me this recipe, said she saw it on TV. Had to give it a try. This is pretty slick, 1 pan only, easy, very tasty. I mean the potatoes cook in the chicken juices, amazing flavor. We thought the potatoes were a tad on the salty side, but we are not serious salt fans. I could easily see different flavor profiles with different spices if one desired. Rosemary instead of thyme comes to mind. Try this, let me know how it turned out for you please. I called it pier potatoes because the potatoes act like a pier, holding up the chicken.

I made this when I had a X'mas party with my friends.Simple and easy but more popular than the dishes I spent a lot more time on.Using garlic soy sauce, garlic soaked in soy sauce, instead of grating garlic and mixing it with soy sauce makes it easier.
