Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupoats
  2. 2patatoes boiled and mashed
  3. 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  4. 1/4 cupgrated paneer
  5. 1/4 tspred chiiy powder
  6. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspdried mango powder
  8. 2 tbspchopped corrinder
  9. 1/4 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep 1/2cup oats aside for coating

  2. 2

    Mix all the other ingredients with 1cup oats

  3. 3

    Make, 8-10balls of the above mixture

  4. 4

    Flatten each ball and shape into hearts or cut with a heart shape cookie cutter. Do not flatten too much

  5. 5

    Spread the remaining oats on a plate. Dip each heart in a bowl of water for a second and immediately press both sides of each heart in oats. Press hearts with the plams to make the oats coat properly

  6. 6

    To pan fry the hearts.,heat 2-3tbsp oil in a pan. Fry 3-4hearts at a time when the underside turns golden turn. Fry this side for a few minutes. Remove from oil and serve with ketchup
