Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pie crust in deep dish pie pan.

Sautee onions and bell peppers untill tender, add browned sausage.

Combine cheese and flour. The flour keeps the chesse from sticking together.

Add sausage, bell peppers and onion.

Spread sausage mix on top of pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.

Bake on a cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes.
