  2. 1 packagesham or bolongna
  3. 1 dozeneggs
  4. 1 packagesshredded cheese of ur choice
  5. 1 packagesbacon
  6. 1onion
  7. 1green pepper
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tsppepper
  10. 1 dashoregano

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°F.

    dice the onion and green peppers. smaller the better.

  3. 3

    mix eggs with onions and green peppers adding your salt, pepper, oregano.

  4. 4

    insert ham slices into muffin pan. Usin best way possible form a cup a place in muffin pan filling tray.

    brown reasonable amount of bacon. brown crispy and crumble for fine bacon bits.

    Pour eggs blend gently into ham cups 3/4 full. place in oven for approx. 20 min or till egg rises and becomes fluffy.

    remove from oven. Sprinkle bacon bites one each indivintual cup then cover the top with a shredded cheese and place back in over for 2 mins.

    remove frome oven. remove each cup. best served hot. good with silver dollar pancakes and other finger foods. perfect for "eat on the go".
