Ingredients: 1/2 lb pork slices; 1 cup kimchi; 1/4 of a sweet onion, chopped; 2 green onions, cut into 1/3; ~~Marinade~~; 1 cup Korean BBQ sauce for chicken & pork; 1/2 Tbs rice sine; 1 Tbs soy sauce; 1 Tbs water; optional Korean hot pepper sauce; ~~Seasonings~~; 1 pinch salt; 2 Tbs water

Ingredients

1/2 lbpork slices
1 cupkimchi
1/4of a sweet onion, chopped
2green onions, cut into 1/3
~~Marinade~~
1 cupKorean BBQ sauce for chicken & pork
1/2 Tbsrice sine
1 Tbssoy sauce
1 Tbswater
optional Korean hot pepper sauce
~~Seasonings~~
1 pinchsalt
2 Tbswater

Steps

Marinate pork slices and onions in the marinade sauce about 30 minutes.

Heat a pan with a little bit veg. oil, then stir-fry marinate pork and onions till the color of pork turn into white. Add in kimchi, green onions and 2 Tbs water continuing stir fry till the sauce thicken.
