Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbpork slices
  • 1 cupkimchi
  • 1/4of a sweet onion, chopped
  • 2green onions, cut into 1/3
  • ~~Marinade~~
  • 1 cupKorean BBQ sauce for chicken & pork
  • 1/2 Tbsrice sine
  • 1 Tbssoy sauce
  • 1 Tbswater
  • optional Korean hot pepper sauce
  • ~~Seasonings~~
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 Tbswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate pork slices and onions in the marinade sauce about 30 minutes.

    Heat a pan with a little bit veg. oil, then stir-fry marinate pork and onions till the color of pork turn into white. Add in kimchi, green onions and 2 Tbs water continuing stir fry till the sauce thicken.
