Clean the fish in cold water. Cut open side and remove the insides.

Wash again.

Cut the ingredients into a cooking pan. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add 2 small cups of water. Boil for 2 more minutes.

Add the fish. Boil for 12 minutes.

Serve with rice.
