Mix maida and thicken milk together and add water and make a batter like chilla. Add 1 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp whole black pepper and saunf.Mix all and leave for an hour.

Make sugar syrup of one string by heating water and sugar. Add pinch of saffron colour.

Heat ghee in a flat pan and pour 1 tbsp batter and make 6-7 malpuas at a time. Fry it till golden from both side.

Now remove from heat and deep in sugar syrup for few mins.

Remove from syrup and garnish with chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder and Kesar. Serve hot with Kheer or Rabdi.
