Into a pan put 2 tbsp of oil.

Add in the diced onions and fry until golden brown

Then add the sliced tomatoes and stir for a few minutes.

Then add the broken eggs and stir continously until it forms lumps.

Stir for a few minutes then serve.

Serve best with some veges.
