Heat cooking oil, add butter. Cook crushed darlic until become brown. Mix and cook onions slowly until tender. Add celery. Add ground pork cook 10 minutes. Then add beef, wine and spices. Allow to cook for minutes and add the tomatoe sauce and boiling water. Correct seasoning. Allow to simmer gently for an hour or until thick. A little flour may be added if the sauce is too thin.

For Spaggetti: 1 box spaghetti - 8 oz. Pour water in a pan. Let boil, put salt and add spaghetti. Bring back to boil. Spaggetti may be done in 8-10 minutes. It is best not to overcook. When done, drain on a colander and add butter to prevent lumping. Pour in tomatoe meat sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
