cut top off garlic clove and remove outer paper like covering. Bake in dish with olive oil. Bake for 1 hour. remove garlic and let cool.

combine water, pineapple sauce, terriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar put in saucepan. let contents simmer.

squeeze cooled clove of garlic. mince and add to sauce.

add remaining ingredients. cook for about 40-50 min.

DO NOT LET IT BOIL OVER! !! should be thick and syrupy.

MAKE 1 CUP GLAZE
