Ingredients

  1. 2chickens, cut into pieces
  2. 3-4potatoes, cut into pieces
  3. 1 headgarlic, finely minced
  4. 1 tablespoondried oregano
  5. Salt
  6. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1 teaspoonseven spice blend
  8. 1 tablespooncurry powder
  9. 2bouillon cubes
  10. 1/4 cupolive oil
  11. Juice of half a lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the ingredients in a baking dish and mix them together, then add 1 cup of water.

  2. 2

    Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then broil to brown.

  3. 3

    Enjoy! You can serve it with cucumber yogurt salad.
