Ingredients

1 BagDried Shitake Mushrooms (100g)
1/4 CupLiquid Smoke
1/4 CupSoy Sauce
Freshly Ground Pepper

Steps

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and leave for at least 2 hours to marinate.

Spread on a baking dish and bake at 125° for about 40 minutes, or until jerky feels dry to the touch.

Let sit for another 20 minutes to cool and firm.
