Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground pork
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1 lbground Italian sausage
  4. 1/2of sweet onion, chopped
  5. ~~ Seasoning~~
  6. ~ meatballs
  7. 1egg
  8. onion powder
  9. ginger powder
  10. garlic salt
  11. black pepper
  12. veg. oil
  13. 1 Tbspwhite wine
  14. 1 Tbspwater
  15. 1 cupPanco bread crumbs
  16. ~ meat sauce
  17. 24 ozyour favorite pasta sauce
  18. 1 Tbspmaple syrup
  19. white wine
  20. 18 ozwater
  21. salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine 1/2 of all the meats and seasoning for meatballs and marinate for 30 mins.

    Meanwhile, heat a pot with oil stir fry onions till soft then add the other 1/2 of all the meats and white wine continuing stir fry till meats turning brown. Then, add pasta sauce and water bring to boil. Finally, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Form the meatballs and put them on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

    Before adding meatballs into the sauce, discard extra grease on the sauce surface. Cook meatballs with sauce on low heat for 10 minutes. Seasoning with salt & pepper. Enjoy~~
