2 1/2 cupsugar
1 1/2 tbspvanlla

preheat oven to 350:bake for 20 min then increase to 350 for 40 minutes

sift dry ingredients together.

Beat butter, add sugar slowly till fluffy add vanilla

add dry ingredients in 3 or 4 portions alternating with eggs

turn into lined pans bread pans are perfect. bake till crack is dry

cool remove from pan may be frozen fir 2-3 months
