Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsemolina
  • 1 bowl(big) fresh pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 bowlsugar
  • 2 tspchopped nuts
  • 1 tsptutti frutti for garnishing
  • 3-4 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan,add semolina and roast it till light change in colour.

  2. 2

    Now add sugar,pomegranate juice and enough water and mix well.

  3. 3

    Cook the mixture it thick and begins to come away from the sides of the pan.

  4. 4

    Serve hot and garnish with chopped nuts,tuttifruti.
