Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 8-10 cloves. Chopped garlic
  • 50 gm. Coliflower
  • 150 gm. Carrot
  • 50 gm. Capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 large. onions finely chopped
  • 100 gm. Cabbege grind ki hui
  • . salt to test
  • . oil for deep frying
  • 1 tsp. Black paper powder
  • 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp. sweet & sour sauce
  • 30 gm. Bense
  • 3. green chilli chopped
  • 2celery
  • 1/2 tsp. Ajeenomoto

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil /steam finely chopped minced vegetables and bind with some corn flour with all shown spices and make small lumps the size of a ping pong ball.

    Roll in corn flour and deep fry

  3. 3

    .Make sauce by adding cumin,2 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tbs chopped ginger and chopped onion add soya sauce,pepper,chilli paste,spring onion,ajinomot sweet sauce or sugar stock and cook

  4. 4

    Thicken with cornflour mixture adding very little at a time add fried dumpling or cauliflower.

    .Serve hot with noodles & Rice.
