  • 3 box900g medium shrimp
  • 2 canbeer
  • 1 smallonion
  • 6 clovegarlic
  • 2dry bay leave
  • 4 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsphot sauce (i use sriracha but is optional )

  1. 1

    put all the ingredients in a big pan and cover with water

  2. 2

    serve cold with cocktail sauce

  3. 3

    cook in medium heat until the shrimp have a red pinkish color(around 30 minutes for this quantity )
