Ingredients

  1. 250 gmFlex seed
  2. 2 table spoonHoney
  3. as neededMixed nuts (Cashew, Almonds, pumpkin seeds, resins, dates etc)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast flax seed on a non-stick pan on low heat for 5 minutes. These seeds will crackle a lot.

  2. 2

    Cool and pound them mixie to make powder. mix nut in the last run of mixie, so they are not very powdered.

  3. 3

    Add Honey in Flax seed powder and make laddoo. keep them in a fridge.
