  5. 1zest of half a lime
  6. 1chilli salt to taste
  7. 1 tspor drizzle olive oil
  8. Balsamic Tomato topping
  9. 225 gramsdiced tomato
  10. 100 gramsdiced red onion
  11. 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  12. 1black pepper to taste
  13. 1drizzle of olive oil
  14. Maple Sweet Potato topping
  15. 225 gramscooked & mashed sweet potato
  16. 1maple syrup to taste
  17. 1cinnamon to taste
  18. Bell & Basil topping
  19. 225 gramsdiced red bell pepper
  20. 100 gramsdiced tomato
  21. 1small bunch of chopped basil
  22. 1salt & pepper to taste
  23. 1drizzle olive oil
  24. Sweet Orchard topping
  25. 225 gramsdiced peach
  26. 225 gramsdiced apricot
  27. 1 tbsporange juice
  28. 1zest of quarter an orange
  29. 1drizzle olive oil
  30. Butter Basil topping
  31. 225 gramsbutter beans, lightly mashed
  32. 1small bunch chopped basil
  33. 1balsamic vinegar to taste
  34. 1black pepper
  35. 1drizzle olive oil
  36. Guac topping
  37. 225 gramsdiced avocado
  38. 50 gramsdiced tomato
  39. 50 gramsdiced red onion
  40. 1 tbspchopped cilantro
  41. 1lime juice to taste
  42. 1salt & pepper to taste
  43. Bread
  44. 1olive oil

    Cut the bread into thick slices, brush the rounds with a little olive oil then toast or grill them until golden

  2. 2

    Toss the bruschetta topping ingredients together, pile on top of the toasted rounds and serve! You can make your bruschetta toppings ahead of time and allow to marinate overnight

  3. 3

    Those are just a few bruschetta possibilities! You can easily take your favorite summer produce and turn it into a creative bruschetta
