Herb tenderloin
Inspired by my orange Rosemary chicken soon to come!
Steps

Layer a large glass cassarole dish with the oranges then the apples.

Place the tarragon in the center side by side then the Rosemary then sage like a bed for your tenderloin.

Sprinkle your tenderloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Top and bottom. Place on the bed fat side up.

Place baby Potatoes around the tenderloin neatly and cover with foil. Bake 15 mins on °475 then turn down to °375 for 1hr 30 mins.

Uncover and broil till top is a nice golden brown.
