Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.

Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.
