Boil rice for 10mins..bring it down and wash.

Boil beans preferably with pressure pot to boil for a shorter time.boil for 25mins.

Blend fresh tomatoes,turmeric,fresh pepper and ginger.

Boil fish with thyme,curry,Maggi,Salt and onion.

Fry fish with groundnut oil till is done.

Lower the heat and pour in the blended tomatoes and all.then add the sachet tomatoes to boil together.

Increase the heat and let it boil till the water evaporates.

Pour in the stock and more water and boil for few mins.

Mix very well and add more water if need be.check salt and add curry.cover the pot.

Pour in the beans and stir.boil for 5mins.check the seed to know if is soft before pouring in the rice.

Then add crayfish,Maggi,Salt,chicken seaaoning and tumeric.boil for few minutes and make sure is boiled very well.

Wash and slice scent leaf.pour inside the food and stir.

Boil with intensive heat till is done.

Turn off the heat.bon appetite.
