H's butternut or pumpkin fritters

you can either pre boil your pumpkin or butternut to firm but soft OR you can finely grate the butternut or pumpkin raw. If you choose the boil option once cooked mash the veg

mix all dry ingredients to the veg.

mix beaten egg with milk and add to the butternut /pumpkin mixture adding a little extra milk if necessary
- 4
mix well and fry spoonfuls slowly in a little oil over medium heat. If you choose the raw grated option or will take longer to cook than the cooked option.

when soft and Brown on both sides, drain on paper towel and sprinkle liberally with a mixture of castor sugar and cinnamon
