Cooking Instructions

wash them hands!!

preheat. 350 .. line cup cake pan with paper cupcakes
- 3
cream butter in large bowl with mixer. med speed. add suger little at a time.until pale n fluffy. blend in banana extract. add egg one at time beating well after eavh addition.blend in bananas.

sift flour. baking powder. baking soda salt and cinnamon.

in following order, beating on low speed , add a third of flour mixture..half of sour cream...flour ...sour cream. and the rest of the flour mix to cream mixture. do not over mix.

fill cups half full. bake for 24 minutes.

I wanted to make scones, but realised that I didn't have enough cake flour. I tried mixing bread flour, banana and other ingredients together, poured the mixture into moulds, baked it in the oven, and I ended up with tasty cupcakes.If you aren't using a food processor, combine the egg, sugar, melted butter, milk and crushed banana into a bowl in that order, and mix with a whisk at each addition. Add the dry ingredients last, and mix in a cutting motion.Adjust the baking time according to your oven. Recipe by Maria358
