One of our traditional appetizer...
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Blend all together until smooth. Using the flour sifter, strain them to remove extra lump into a small hand pot
- 2
Heat up a flat pan or a non stick pan
- 3
You will need the mold to make the net thing. You can google up for the mold
- 4
Using the net bread mold, spread the mix on the hot pan in few but connected circling mode. The shape and look of the net can be vary. As long as it look like net, should be good enough for first-timer...Make mold by mold until the mix is finish and you should have about 20 pcs of them..more or less... :)

You can fold the net into triangle or roll them into a long / short stick shape. Serve hot with some gravy...traditionally we serve them with Mild Chicken Curry (You may try our family fav Mild Chicken Curry recipe but best to replace the chicken with boneless chicken which diced to a bite size...can be found in my profile...)

Very popular street food in southeast Asia. It's similar with white flat bread, but with more layers and crispyness. You can eat it sweet: with condensed milk and chocolate chips, or savory: with curry sauce. I also add "dl" scale, which stands for deciliter. Happy snacking!! Churiel -

Baked Banana Bread (ROTI GEDHANG) Baked Banana Bread (ROTI GEDHANG)
This bread I already knew before I got married, when I was still living with my parents. This recipe is easy to put together and the ingredients are also. I usually use a size 20 cm baking dish. But because yesterday I was looking for the pan I usual use and did not find it, I ended up cooking with a versatile wok... successful dough rise and not soggy. But because the wok is too wide, the cake is so wide in all directions. It's okay, the important thing is my husband like the taste... but for the lessons that need to be remembered, tomorrow if we want to create must also be adapted to the toaster his place. Below is the original recipe using my usual 20 cm pan size.Of the ingredients below, the results can be presented for 4-6 people... Dapoer-Indonesia @ us -
