3 cloveminced garlic
2 tbspmayonaise
1 tsppaprika
1 tsptapatio or other hot sauce
1egg or 2 egg whites
2 tbspcoconut flour

mix all ingredients until stick together. If not sticking, add more flour.

Form patties and fry on pan until golden brown on each side.

Great flavor, I added some finely diced onion! They were a little hard to flip without falling apart but I made it work :). Yummy!
