Ingredients

1 hour
  1. 1 cupCooking oil
  2. 1/3 cupGarlic (Blended)
  3. 1 cupBig red indian onion (Blended)
  4. 1 cupDry red chilli (Blended)
  5. 1 tspSugar
  6. 3 tspFine salt
  7. 1 tspStock powder
  8. 1/2 cupWarm water
  9. Optional filling
  10. 1 cupFried anchovies
  11. 500 gramsChicken (Cut into 6) - Marinated with 1 TSP salt & 1 TSP tumeric powder then deep fried
  12. 1 canSardine (Weight around 400gm) With 1/2 TSP salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Simmer all ingredients start with onion and garlic. Once the onion and garlic caramelised, stir in blended dry red chilli & let simmer until some oil comes seen. Follows by the rest of the ingredients and let them simmer again until some oil come seen

  2. 2

    Use one of the optional filling to add into the condiment. Make sure anchovies and chicken are fried before adding them into the condiment
