Ingredients

1 hour 5 mins
2 servings
  • 2pork lion chops
  • 1orange
  • 1orange zest(taken from orange)
  • 1orange juice(taken from orange)
  • 1 dashoil
  • 2 pinchmixed herbs
  • 1salt&pepper

Steps

1 hour 5 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 150°c

  2. 2

    add pork chops, oil and orange juice to a casserole/ovenproof pot.

  3. 3

    rub orange zest on to the pork chops

  4. 4

    sprinkle mixed herbs, add salt & pepper to taste

  5. 5

    close your casserole/oven proof dish and pop it into the oven for 45min

  6. 6

    take out the casserole/oven proof dish, open it , put it back into the oven and put the oven on grill. grill 10 minutes on each side or until as crispy as preffered.

  7. 7

    enjoy with baked potatoes and baby carrots ;-p
