  2. 1 tbsplight sour cream (may use unflavoured yogurt instead)
  3. 1 tspvinegar
  4. 1 tsponion, finely chopped
  5. 2 tspcoarse sea salt
  6. 1 tspfresh dill, chopped
  7. 1 tspsugar

This was really fresh and delicious. I used peeled seedless cukes, thinly sliced green onions and a couple dashes of garlic powder. Fresh dill works best but dried will work too. I used white balsamic vinegar so it was not as tangy as distilled white would have been.
