Cut beef into small cubicles. Boil with salt for 30 minutes.

While boiling prepare the vegetables by cutting them

Then fry onions in a separate pan using 2 tbsp of oil.

Add in garlic clove and fry until a sweet aroma is produced. Add tomatoes and continue stirring.

Stir very well. At this time the meat should have boiled.

Add the boiled beef to the cooking tomatoes.

Stir well. Add royco powder. Stir really well to ensure all parts of the beef are covered and there are no lumps.
