  1. 3 bunchespumpkin leaves
  2. 1 bunchmrenda
  3. 3 TBSmunyu
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Water
  6. Salt
  7. 3tomatoes
  8. Onion
  9. 1 cupmilk

    Remove the fibre in the pumpkin leaves. Cut the mrenda and sheveve

  2. 2

    Fry your onions using cooking oil the add the tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add 2 cups of water with munyu. Then add the mboga kienyeji.

  4. 4

    Cover well with a lid. Cook for 30 mins. Cook well till ready.

  5. 5

    Serve with Ugali
