Ingredients

  • 10fingers Okro(Chopped or grated)
  • 2 piecesatarodo(chopped)
  • 1/2bulb chopped onions
  • 1cubed maggi
  • 1dry fish or smoked fish
  • Iru(Optional)
  • 1 tbsppalm oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place a pot of water on medium heat, add washed dry fish, Maggi, pepper, onions, salt, Iru and bring to boil

  2. 2

    Add in a little palm oil, then your grated Okro, stir all ingredients and mix very well. Cover pot, and let it simmer for 3mins and your soup is ready
