Sabse pehle flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt ko 2bar sieve (chan)le.

Milk,aur butter(oil)ko ache se beat kar le.u can use a hand whisk also.

Sugar,curd and milk ko creamy hone tak beat karein.

Ab all liquid mixture ko combind kar ke softly mix karein.

Ab dry ingredients ko liquid mixture me dale. Tutty fruity bhi add karein.(aap isme dry fruits bhi add kar sakte hai)gently mix karein.

Ab vanilla essence dale. Softly mix karein.

Ab baking tin ko butter se greese kar ke flour se dust karein.

Cake ko usme dale.aur tab karein taki air bubbles na rahein.

Ab 180°par 30_35pr bake karein.toothpick se check karein.agar clean hai to cake ready.agar soft hai to 10mnt ka timer lagade.
