  • 1 quartheavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsppepper

    create large foil pouch

  2. 2

    wash and slice potatoes into rings

  3. 3

    place all ingredients into pouch

  4. 4

    seal pouch

  5. 5

    place on hot grill for 45 - 60 minutes. flip occasionally
