1 tbspcinnamon
1 tspnutmeg
1/3 cupvanilla ice cream

Mix beat eggs with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice cream. Ice cream will eventually melt in the mixture.

Add each slice of bread resting 8 secs on each side to absorb mixture.

Toast on hot griddle to golden brown, flip.

Serve with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
