Ingredients

  • 2 lbBrussel sprouts
  • 2 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 quartmilk
  • 4 mediumpotatoes cubed with peeling on I used Yukon Rosa potatoes
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/4 lbbacon I used cheek or jaws cubed
  • 1/4 cupof butter minced garlic and olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    cook Brussel sprouts half the 1/4 cup of butter garlic olive oil cook potatoes with the other half, cook bacon with sprouts,

  2. 2

    in a pot add quart of milk heat melt cheese in milk add cornstarch to 1/4 cup of cold milk add to cheese sauce cook till thickens add potatoes to bacon and sprouts pour cheese sauce on top mix well
