Steps

Firstly beat the mix dry fruits and make paste.

In a pan add milk and sugar mix it.

Now add ghee, yoghurt, dry fruit paste, malai mix again.

In a bowl add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder mix properly.

Now mix liquid in it and mix well for smooth batter.

Put the stand in the cooker for cake baking and turns on high flame.

Now grease the mould with ghee.

Transfer the batter in to the mould.

Now mould kept into the cooker on stand.

Cooker cover with lid without whistle and rubber on low flame.

After 10 minutes add tutti frutti and chopped almonds.

Again cover the cooker with lid.

After 45 minutes open the lid and check the cake.

Our cake is ready to eat.
