Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 375, grease and flour pan

In large bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla. beat in egg until creamy.

In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt

Beat in flour mixture and milk with sugar mixture, alternating flour and milk (start and end with flour mix).

pour half of the batter into the pan.

whisk brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly.

put half of the topping on the cake in the pan.

put the rest of the cake batter in the pan and top off with the brown sugar mixture.

cook for 30 minutes
