Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 400 gramscan of condensed milk or see my recipe for Coconut Condensed milk
  2. 180 mlsour cream or see my recipe for free-from Sour Cream
  3. 120 mllemon juice
  4. 435 gramspineapple chunks, drained
  5. 300 gramsmandarin orange tidbits, drained
  6. 220 gramsgrapes, halved
  7. 200 gramschopped apple
  8. 100 gramscherries, halved
  9. 50 gramsmini marshmallows
  10. 40 gramsdessicated/flaked coconut

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice together

  2. 2

    Put the other ingredients into a large bowl and coat in the condensed milk mixture

  3. 3

    Split between 8 serving bowls and chill 3 hours before serving with a shake of dessicated coconut and a cherry on top
