My friend from Japan asked me to try this recipe. It looks very simple but Lol actually it’s quite difficult to make a perfect peperoncino. So that's how my lunch today was decided. Enjoy!

My friend from Japan asked me to try this recipe. It looks very simple but Lol actually it’s quite difficult to make a perfect peperoncino. So that's how my lunch today was decided. Enjoy!
Steps

Wash and chop your vegetables

Add two table spoons of olive oil in a pan. Cook your garlic until a nice brown.

Add the parsley or coriander and stir then remove from heat.
- 4
Set a pan of water till boiling point then add your pasta and cook for 6mins or read label of product.

When ready drain the water then set the garlic pan back. Add your pasta and toss and mix.

Serve when hot with your favourite assortment.
