First except potato mix all vegetable, add 1 tsp of salt and mix it. And keep it aside for 1/2 hr.

After 1/2 hr. Squeez out all juice that came from vegetable and save it for dough.

Now in vegetable mixture add all masalas and mix it well. Add salt as per your taste.

For dough mix all flour. Add 1 tsp of oil and mashes potato. Add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric. Mix it and knead a stif dough. Ìn case you need use water that we squeez out from vegetable.

Now using gentle hand roll out chapati from dough. Spread out vegetable mixture on it and close it using another chapati. And again gently roll it out.
