Steps

Put ghee in pan. Roast makhane & some cashwes. Keep them aside in plate / bowl.

Heat a pan again put ghee & cumin seeds, sesame seeds & bay leaf.now add onion,ginger-garlic& green chillies paste.... Saute them well.after 3-4 mins add salt,red chillies,black pepper turmeric&asafoetida in it.mix it well

Now add tomatoes paste + tomatoes puree (if u want).saute it well....put cashew paste in it.

Now add Rasinis, roasted makhane & cashwes in it.let them cook in milk.spread cinnamon powder on gravy.cover it for 2 mins.on sim gas.

Uncover the pan,add cream & coriander powder. Mix them well.pour green coriander for garnishing

Its ready to serve.serve hot with lacchaa pranthas or rice.
